2. Client Responsibility & Consent

• You understand that healing is a co-creative process.

• You take full responsibility for your own well-being, choices, actions, and life decisions.

• You agree that insights shared during sessions are guidance, not absolute predictions.

• You confirm that you are 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent.

By booking a session, your consent is considered given.

3. Terms & Conditions

Sessions

• All sessions are conducted online (Zoom / Google Meet / Whats App / Audio call).

• Session duration and format are shared in advance.

• Please be punctual; late joining may shorten the session time.

Payments

• Full payment is required in advance to confirm a booking.

• Payments once made are generally non-refundable.

• In exceptional cases, rescheduling may be considered at the practitioner’s discretion.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule, please inform at least 24 hours in advance.

• Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in session forfeiture.

4. Emotional & Energetic Responses

• During or after a session, you may experience emotional release, tiredness, clarity, or energetic shifts.

• These experiences are normal and usually temporary.

• Grounding, hydration, and rest are recommended after sessions.

If discomfort persists, please seek appropriate professional support.

5. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is respected and protected.

• Personal details shared during sessions remain strictly confidential.

• No session information is shared with third parties.

• Contact details (WhatsApp, email, forms) are used only for communication related to services.

• Session recordings (if any) are done only with prior consent.

6. Ethical Boundaries

• Sessions are offered with integrity, respect, and compassion.

• Any form of dependency, fear-based guidance, or manipulation is strictly avoided.

• The practitioner reserves the right to refuse or stop a session if boundaries are not respected.

8. Crystal Store & Product Disclaimer

All crystals, bracelets, and healing products are natural and energetically prepared.

All products are cleansed, Reiki-charged, and intuitively selected before dispatch.

9. Refund & Replacement Policy (Products)

• Refunds are not provided after confirmation and dispatch

Delivery usually takes 5–10 working days depending on location.
